How is the gold price calculated in the UAE?
Gold is priced in USD per troy ounce on the international spot market. The AED price is calculated by multiplying the spot price by the USD/AED rate (pegged at 3.6725). One troy ounce equals 31.1035 grams. At IBV Gold, prices update throughout the trading day.

No. Walk into any of our Dubai studios during trading hours and you'll be assisted immediately. For larger transactions or for sellers outside Dubai, contact us on WhatsApp to arrange a courier collection.
What ID do I need to sell gold?
UAE regulations require a valid Emirates ID or passport for any precious metals transaction. We will record your details as required by DMCC compliance.
How quickly will I be paid?
Payment is made immediately upon agreement. We pay by bank transfer or cash. For bank transfers, settlement usually clears within the same business day.
